Responsibilities:
Your Profile:
6+ years of professional experience in the digital strategy field.
Experience working with large-scale digital projects; typically based around custom applications and/or CMS projects.
A broad understanding of the web and will be conversant in current topics surrounding CX, CMS, customer data, and personalized experience. If there are gaps in knowledge, a strong aptitude for skill development and appetite for research are also crucial.
Experience preparing and leading client-oriented interviews, meetings, and workshops aimed at gathering or presenting insights and information.
Experience producing digital strategy consulting deliverables (strategy plans, roadmap documents, analytics analysis and reporting, demographic and geolocation segmentation, user flows, personas, user research and survey planning and analysis, etc.).
Consumer research experience (familiarity with planning and running focus groups, card sorts, surveys, and heuristic usability analysis)
Experience recommending and creating complex content strategy recommendations and documentation.
Experience recommending and implementing digital governance standards, procedures, and tool sets for use across large organizations.
Experience identifying, assessing, and documenting requirements around new digital tools and technologies.
Experience reading and analyzing a variety of analytic data sources and helping to ascertain key storytelling points from data insights.
Familiarity with continuous digital optimization practices and creating strategic recommendations that support evolving consumer expectations.
A best practices orientation and approach to solving complex organizational, architectural, and usability issues for large websites and projects.
Knowledge of evolving digital standards and how they align with consumer expectations.
Ability to work collaboratively and in cross-discipline scenarios – partnering with other strategists, developers, and clients – to come up with meaningful solutions.
Bonus:
Experience with SEO best practices, personalization, and GTM/GDS
Experience working on large-scale, complex websites in healthcare.
