    Onsite in Howard County 1-2 days a week

    Your Role:

    • Event & Web Engagement: Oversee tactical marketing activities including in-person events and web-based engagement strategies.
    • Brand Representation: Effectively represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, and other events as needed.
    • Content Marketing: Develop and execute content-driven, customer-focused campaigns and content across various use cases and verticals.
    • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to go-to-market strategy, including nurturing and curating marketing qualified leads, by collaborating with Sales to understand target personas and use cases.
    • Digital Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms like websites, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Marketing Measurement: Define, implement, and report on key marketing metrics, including post-event evaluations and analysis, to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
    • Partnership & Channel Support: Support channel and partner marketing efforts.
    • Thought Leadership Amplification: Leverage and amplify messaging and thought leadership content via social media and other digital platforms.

    Your Profle:

    Key Qualifications:

    • Highly creative with hands-on experience planning and executing events and tradeshows.
    • Proven ability to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Detail-oriented self-starter with a willingness to contribute across a variety of projects and an ability to move efficiently between tasks.
    • Willingness to work collaboratively across the organization.

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketing qualified lead generation and content marketing.
    • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in event planning and execution, targeting both federal government and commercial audiences.

     

    • Skills:
    • Experience with Salesforce and other lead generation tools (a plus).

    Education:

    • B.A. in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
