Your Role
- Plays an active role in brainstorming or idea generation with senior members of the creative team to conceptualize transformational ideas that deliver successful, measurable solutions
- Presents to/advises client on all visual recommendations and/or challenges
- Delivers work that exceeds client expectations while confirming that it meets all client objectives (business, fiscal, deadlines) and enhancing the reputation of the agency
- Develops and leads original concepts based on the objectives and parameters outlined in the creative brief (strategic, financial, timeline), ensuring creative integrity across platforms
- Brings senior-level creative thought/concepts/execution to various channels including websites, social media, and various other digital formats
- Pays close attention to detail, designs on-brand, and works individually or as part of a team
Your Profile
- 2+ years of design experience
- Able to conceptualize, design, and execute graphics for any kind of medium
- A solid sense of design and creativity that is fresh and modern
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics
- An upbeat attitude and self-motivation
