    An award-winning data security software provider enabling privacy-preserving analytics, is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across financial services.

    Salary: $175K Base with uncapped Commission

    Location: Remote with a preference to New England, but must come into headquarters once per quarter for company meetings

    The sales cycle on this is 9-12 months on average. Your wins will not come fast but they will be big. The right applicant will be good with that.


    Who we need:

    Someone that has a rolodex but also wants to and understands how to creatively market. This is ground floor greenfield sales in a startup environment.

    Someone cool with attending a lot of tech conferences and is used to being a solo op until the division is built at which point they would be working into leadership

    Someone that is data driven AND meticulous about keeping their data CLEAN.

    This is a new division for a client that typically works within the DoD world and they are adding commercial division.

    it's a great product dealing with Data Encryption that you can stand behind and say "hey homeland security and the alphabet agencies use this, why wouldn't you?"

     

    • Identify, develop and leverage executive relationships within tier-one institutions
    • Create innovative alignment approaches between product capabilities and industry initiatives
    • Generate urgent pursuit conversations positioning our client as a trusted advisor
    • Architect customized data usage solutions addressing security, compliance and innovation goals
    • Negotiate and navigate complex procurement processes to definitive partner wins

     

    Must Have Skills/Experience:

    • 7+ years selling disruptive enterprise software, preferably into capital markets
    • Commercial strategy formulation and execution expertise
    • Established top tier financial services and pharmaceutical relationships
    • Complex security/analytics solution selling achievements
    • Relentless determination overcoming obstacles securing late stage deals

    Requirements

    7 years selling Saas to top tier financial institutions or big pharma

    ability to handle ALL of the sales cycle from intro to close
