    We're seeking a Director of Technology to lead our team in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that propel our business forward. You'll be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of system integration, data analysis, and agile development methodologies.

    In this role, you'll:

    • Architect the future: Lead the vision and execution of our technology roadmap, ensuring solutions align with business needs and deliver exceptional value.
    • Unleash the power of data: Transform raw data into actionable insights through skilled analysis and exploration using SQL and other tools.
    • Champion agility: Implement and guide agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
    • Empower your team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to cultivate a skilled and agile development team.
    • Bridge the gap: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
    • Be an architect of change: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes, leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
    • Measure success: Track and report on the value delivered by technology initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).

    We're looking for someone with:

    • Solid experience in system integration across various technologies and platforms.
    • A knack for data exploration and analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
    • Experience leading and managing agile software development teams.(.NET, C#)
    • Experience with AS400
    • A deep understanding of the SDLC, including requirements definition, backlog management, and testing.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and collaborate effectively.
    • A passion for learning, exploring new possibilities, and staying ahead of the curve.

    Education:

    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
