Requirements: At least 3 years of customer service experience Reliable and punctual with exceptional phone skills Must be able to work weekends (including Sundays) and evenings Must be willing to work in both Salt Lake and Park City locations Responsibilities: Daily administration of the massage studio and creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Scheduling appointments Taking payments, selling gift certificates and maintaining cash drawer Managing therapists that are on the schedule, as well as communicating any important and urgent information to our management team.
