We’re looking for a full-time local Licensed Agent who excels at exceeding customer expectations. Agents at Knock are part of a revolutionary new way of buying and selling homes. As a Licensed Local Expert at Knock, you won’t spend a minute cold-calling, door-knocking, or direct-mailing. You'll have plenty of leads, mostly generated from our awesome marketing, and you'll be working as a full-time employee with a salary, benefits and uncapped commissions.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Passionate: You must be excited about evangelizing a new way of buying and selling homes, as prepared to exceed the expectations of all buyers and sellers with whom you work.
• Team-player: In addition to buying and selling houses, you're expected to be a subject matter expert and will have an opportunity to shape the evolution of our business.
• Closer: You'll convert leads into contracts and contracts into sales! With leads coming in daily, you’ll have plenty of opportunities for success and you’ll have a team of Knockstars to assist you throughout the entire process.

Must-have Skills:

• You're an experienced Licensed Agent (aka agent) who knows the intricacies of the local neighborhoods, schools and real estate trends.
• Competitive edge: You love to win and hate to lose. You’re excited to help Knock revolutionize the home selling and buying experience.
• Real estate chops: You have years of experience negotiating and closing real estate transactions, and, per online reviews, you are a responsive, professional and knowledgeable agent.
• Tech-savvy: You are able to use and adapt to new technology quickly.
• Intelligent: You are articulate and have great written and verbal communication skills.

• Knock does the Prep - We are the only company that invests its own money into the house to get it show ready, which gives Knock agents even more of an advantage over traditional agents. We manage and pay for improvements that maximize offers.  The homeowners gets all the upside from our investment and then we settle with the homeowner for our cost of those improvements at closing - we pass our volume discounted cost directly to the seller.

Knock will generate 100% of buyers and sellers through PR, advertising online, radio and TV. Knock also pays for all marketing and advertising of properties, including professional photos, an immersive virtual reality tour, aerial videos, placement in the local MLS, plenty of signage and paid promotion on sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Facebook and Google.
• You have an entire support team - As a Knock agent, all you have to do is help us price houses, get listing agreements signed and help make/negotiate offers. The support team will do the rest.   You have a team of home valuation specialists that help you price homes scientifically, a team of customer success specialists who manage all the sales admin, a team of home prep specialists who inspect, prep and show the houses, and a team of  transaction coordinators who do everything once a house is under contract and all the way through to closing.
