Help At Home LLC provides community living support services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals/Community Living Coaches to support our DD residents in our CLA (Community Living Arrangements) homes in SAVANNAH, GEORGIA FOR THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS:
FULL-TIME & PART-TIME SHIFTS
*Need Overnights and Weekends shifts filled for several CLA homes
*Full-time employees (30+ hours) qualify to accrue Paid Time Off and qualify for benefits
The DD Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direction and support in the activities of daily living for residents in the company-operated group homes. The group home setting serves individuals in a safe and nurturing environment where they may receive personal support, transportation, assistance with meal preparation and shopping. The DSP works to provide the services needed by each individual living in the homes.

Required Skills Required Experience
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE: Three to five years of manufacturing supervisory experience preferred. Additional background in factory operations helpful.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE: Verbal and written communication skills. Should possess problem solving skills and facilitate group meetings.
Knowledge of manufacturing organization, controls and procedures.
Knowledge of fundamental Safety principles for an industrial work environment
Must have experience with team building, process improvement, conflict resolution, and motivating people.
Skilled in the use of ERP systems, Kronos, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Lean manufacturing knowledge & implementation.
Knowledge of ISO 14001/9001 preferred.
Strong skills in the following areas:
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
