    POSITION PROFILE:

    The Sales Assistant insures that the Knoll brand message is reinforced through the overall Knoll Home Design Shop luxury experience, and supports all activities as they relate to the sales process. The main focus of this position is to support the Sales Team in building the business through excellent Customer Service, actively setting up new Trade Accounts and adding to revenue through personal sales.

    Required Skills

    • Self-Motivated, self-directed and willing to accept responsibility for results
    • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the highest level of integrity
    • Ability to identify customer needs and problem solve, to understand and explain product features and benefits
    • Successfully partner with Customer Service to satisfy and delight Knoll’s customers; assist with customer follow-up
    • Understanding of goal driven environment
    • Telephone sales experience
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
    • Ability to multitask and work with several clients at once
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook365, Microsoft Office Suite

    Required Experience

    • BS/BA in Design related field of study preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
