Ocean Springs H&R is looking for an RN Nurse Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in leading and directing the overall nursing operation over the course of a shift in accordance with residents’ needs, government regulations, and company policies so as to maintain excellent care for the residents while achieving the Center’s business objective.  We are looking to fill the following shifts:  7A-3P Monday - Friday and 7A-7P Weekends.

Required Skills

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must be a registered nurse (RN) in the state employed.
• Must be able to work weekend and overtime as required.
• Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment exam, if required.

• Maintain an orderly, confidential, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all Company and departmental policies and procedures.
