    JOB SUMMARY – Molding Associates work individually or in teams within the Molding Business Unit. Team Members are expected to be flexible to work within multiple machines where required to meet customer needs. Focusing on Safety, Quality, Performance and Teamwork, it is important for all Team Members help build a positive work environment.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

    • Perform quality inspections and tests to detect parts defects
    • Complete required documentation, label and pack parts accordingly
    • Load and unload machines and grinders as necessary. Move and stage parts where needed.
    • Notify Technicians or Leaders of safety, quality, or equipment issues
    • Sweep and clean area; machines, floors, workstations

     

     

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Basic reading, writing, math, and comprehension skills.
    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and specifications.
    • Basic computer skills including printers, scanners, copiers, label makers, etc.
    • Ability to use basic hand tools including screwdriver, wrench, hammer, punch, etc.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Experience in verification strategy development and execution for large SoCs and signoff with coverage metrics
    • Knowledge of UVM methodology and System Verilog. SystemC would be a plus
    • Implementation of randomized and directed random testbenches for networking and multi-cpu environments
    • Knowledge of verification IP and functional coverage techniques
    • Experience with signoff of SoC designs with coverage metrics
    • Able to ramp up with new technologies and products
    • Experience with design would be a plus
    • Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills with excellent analytical and debugging skills
    • Flexible self-starter able to work effectively under pressure
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • BS/MS in CS/EE and 3-5 years’ experience
