Experience Strategists (ES) at Zimmerman Advertising sit at the intersection of Strategy, Media, Social, Content, and Creative; working to ensure a consistent, innovative approach to client objectives or proactive agency thinking.
Specializes in connecting the dots between various touchpoints consumers have while bringing multidisciplinary teams together to set and drive a vision forward. The ultimate goal is to deliver innovative and connected consumer experiences for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the Experience lead across 2-3 accounts
- Define the strategy across a multitude of consumer touchpoints, from traditional, to digital, social, experiential, and more
- Translate consumer insights into an actionable market approach
- Map consumer experience journeys to identify the right moments for brands to connect with the right content
- Collaborate with media planning, creative, analytics, and strategy teams to drive innovation and out-of-the-box thinking
- Think like consumers to help define the experiences which best align to client objectives or opportunities
- Formulate thought leadership POVs and agency case studies, blog, be an advocate for consumer experience
Required Skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or another related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media, Connections, Content, Digital Media, with a strong emphasis on Digital Strategy at an agency or brand
- Be passionately in tune with latest consumer behaviors, social media trends, new media developments, e-comm habits, and forecasting new opportunities.
- Experience in formulating and driving the vision for 360 strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional at building and presenting concepts/programs for clients and new business opportunities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Urgency and strong attention to detail, specifically with regards to written communications
- Passion for brainstorming
- Strong analytical thinking
- Strong business ethics; be reliable and dependable
