PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships, and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing health challenges.

PATH is present in the region Grand Genève since 2000. The Foundation for Appropriate Technologies in Health was founded by PATH and operates in Geneva canton, Switzerland since 2011. Our staff in Geneva comprises scientific and public health professionals with expertise in a variety of health areas. In close partnership with Gavi, we help low-income countries access lifesaving vaccines for cervical cancer, diarrheal disease, and pneumococcal disease. We also work on large-scale efforts to control and eliminate debilitating diseases such as malaria and meningitis. Other projects aim to strengthen vaccine manufacturing capacity, along with the cold chain to protect vaccine potency.
