PART-TIME MANAGER ON DUTY – AFTER SCHOOL AT MERCY HEALTHPLEX - WEST CLERMONT

_Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:30pm-6:00pm _

HealthFitness is looking for a MANAGER ON DUTY  to join the community at our client site located in Batavia, OH. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the large number of Junior Members that utilize the HealthPlex on Mondays through Fridays from 2:30pm – 6:00pm.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Informing Junior Members of membership policies, procedures and Junior Member Code of Ethics and enforcing these when necessary.
• Manage and handle any incidents with Junior Members in a polite and professional manner. You will complete any required incident reports and inform management.
• Go to HealthPlex management to help address any atypical behavioral issues.
• Help develop and implement activities for Junior Members.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL PROVIDE 

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Child/Infant CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge and experience with teenage children is strongly preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Will be required to follow any current or future site COVID-19 vaccination policies including but not limited to proof of vaccination, weekly testing, etc.
