    PATH is currently recruiting for a temporary TALENT COORDINATOR to support PATH’s Human Resources by providing administrative support to the US Recruiting Team who recruits for positions in the US, Africa, Europe and Asia.

    The Talent Coordinator plays an important role in the hiring process by providing recruiting coordination and support and collaborating closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates.

     

    Key duties and responsibilities:

     

    • Schedule complex interviews with multiple teams/individuals across time zones using video conferencing, Microsoft Teams and other technologies
    • Proactively communicate effectively with interview team, recruiter and candidates to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
    • Handle employee records auditing, filing, other activities as needed.
    • Provide HR project support including developing communications, scheduling, training assistance, and meeting set-up
    • Support the requests and coordination of talent programs administration (fellowships, internships, contingent staffing etc.)
    • Support new hire onboarding, including coordination of new hire documents and background checks
    • Support HR audits and other related compliance activities
    • Coordinate payment of HR invoices and credit card charges
    • Coordinate activation of HR agreements and contracts

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

    • Minimum two years of experience providing customer/client/employee-centered administrative or operations support in a business environment, or related experience
    • HR or recruiting experience strongly preferred
    • Experience must include complex calendaring, writing on behalf of others and proofreading
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely and professionally
    • Adaptable to shifting priorities and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
    • Ability to work collaboratively while also thinking and operating independently
    • Proven track record of following established practices
    • Strong attention to detail; ability to produce accurate work product in a fast-paced work environment
    • Proven skill prioritizing competing demands and keeping others apprised of progress
    • Demonstrated success exercising sound judgment, anticipating future needs and taking initiative to resolve challenges
    • Proficiency in MS Office and learning and applying new technology
    • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Qualifications
    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, MIS, IT or related discipline
    • Relational database knowledge
    • Experience using SQL
    • Some experience with backend testing
    • Working knowledge of MS Office
    • Previous UNIX/Linux and/or Oracle experience a plus
    • Previous programming experience a plus
