    Trustmark has a great opportunity for a RECRUITING COORDINATOR to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Lake Forest, IL.  You will play a key role in supporting Trustmark's recruiting team by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, assisting with the offer and onboarding process in addition to maintaining a qualified applicant pool to meet current and future needs.  Through the performance of a variety of recruitment activities, this position will also assist with administrative recruiting responsibilities, support the internship program and other various recruitment activities. 

     

    THIS POSITION WILL BE ENTIRELY VIRTUAL TO START, HOWEVER THE ROLE WILL SHIFT TO A HYBRID STRUCTURE IN THE FUTURE WHICH WILL CONSIST OF 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AT OUR LAKE FOREST, IL HEADQUARTERS AND 2 DAYS WORKING FROM HOME.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Support and partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to create an engaging candidate experience.
    • Create and manage requisitions in our applicant tracking system, schedule interviews, administer the offer and onboarding process.
    • Serve as a central point of contact for new hires for all things related to onboarding.
    • Partner to support the internship program scheduling and coordination.
    • Coordinate TA activities and assist with projects designed to improve the hiring process or experience. 
    • Initiate background checks/drug screens and follow through to completion while keeping recruiter apprised of status.
    • Schedule interviews for a team of recruiters

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator.
    • Strong desire to be a part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team where you will continue to learn and grow.
    • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (SilkRoad, Workday), online recruiting tools and technologies.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of applicants and employees of the organization.
    • Experience scheduling/coordinating interviews preferred.
