    We are currently looking for an Associate Client Manager to work out of our Overland Park, KS Office. The Associate Client Manager (ACM) is responsible for the overall relationship with the client, from implementation, everyday problem resolution through renewal activities. The ACM may work directly with sales executives on small groups that are sold and will have groups that are generally under $50,000.00 ANR. This position may have minimal assistance from a Client Coordinator. They maintain senior management level contact with Benefits, Human Resources, and the financial staff of the client. The ACM is also responsible for the service delivery of Health Benefits products and services that ensure client satisfaction.

     

    PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION WILL BE ENTIRELY VIRTUAL UNTIL OUR RETURN TO OFFICE (DATE STILL TO BE ANNOUNCED), AT WHICH TIME OUR ASSOCIATES WILL BE WORKING IN A HYBRID CAPACITY OF 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS REMOTELY. 

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

     

    • Responsible for the ongoing day-to-day involvement with assigned clients, including but not limited to:
      • Problem solving/issue resolution
      • Personal contact with the clients – phone calls, visits, meeting, etc.
      • Creating, analyzing and presenting reporting packages
      • Coordinating and presenting renewals, claim reviews, with appropriate follow-through
      • Presenting relevant industry/corporate/market issues to client as appropriate
      • Completing Client Action Plans
      • Recommending appropriate up-sales and approach.
      • Directing and overseeing stop loss renewal with Sales Coordinator/Underwriter
    • Assumes primary responsibility for implementation of new business in close collaboration with implementation manager, including but not limited to:
      • Working closely with the sales producers to learn not only what was sold but also nuances and personality of group
      • Ensuring timely completion of SPD
      • Set-up and maintenance of performance metrics
    • Coordinating communications with client/Health Benefits departments/vendors regarding new groups, terminations, plan changes, issues, new products, etc.
    • Produces other projects, analyses, reports, etc., as directly by client/director/consultant/senior management.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

     

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

     

    • 2-3 years of Client Coordinator or client-related experience
    • Results oriented and self-motivated
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to interact with senior level executives
    • Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Ability to travel, if necessary.
    • Bachelor degree preferred
