    WORKING TITLE: TRAVEL COORDINATOR (ON THIRD PARTY PAYROLL, RANDSTAD)

    INTERNAL TITLE: PROGRAM ASSISTANT

    LOCATION: NEW DELHI

    DURATION: 1 YEAR (EMPLOYMENT AFTER ONE YEAR IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS)

    Today, PATH’s India projects focus on TB/HIV, vaccines, nutrition, health innovation, and more. PATH’s India country program engages with various stakeholders and target groups for which the creation of compelling content is essential.

     

    This position shall report to Senior Administrative Officer.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Arrange travel (Air/Rail/Road) and accommodation for employees.
    • Makes all arrangements and reservations as requested by the staff.
    • Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff.
    • Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses.
    • Advises travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
    • Make all the visa-related paperwork and processing.
    • Prepare and Process reimbursements for travel expenses.
    • Coordinate with the travel agent, hotels, and taxi vendors.
    • Maintain and manage the travel database and update it from time to time.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

     

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Travel related work.
    • Strong adaptability and collaborative skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Well-organized and attentive to details with good follow-through skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively independently and in a team.

     

     

    MUST HAVE LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN INDIA.

  • Qualifications
    • Required to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification
    • Required to have HACCP certification
    • Work is generally performed within a manufacturing environment subjected to temperatures of cold and warm along with wearing the proper PPE, with standard office equipment available along with plant manufacturing environment.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.
