We provide a wide array of services including service of process; court services; on-call courier/messenger service; skip trace and investigations; record retrieval; subpoena preparation; e-data discovery and database hosting; copy center & reprographics; digital imaging; x-ray/blueprints/video/CD duplication; and facilities management services.

    Job Description The Reprographics Sales Representative is an important team member within the organization. This position is essential in creating and continuing professional relationships with members of the San Diego legal and insurance community.

    Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, FSA, PTO, paid holidays, and a 401K plan.

    • Develop new business
    • Actively prospect for new accounts
    • Increase sales with existing customers
    • Serve as a client service representative to key accounts
    • Potential for growth into a supervisor role

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in legal and or reprographics services
    • High School diploma or GED, some college is preferred
    • Office related experience is desired.
    • Experienced in good sale/customer service and professional office etiquette
    • Some experience in marketing/tradeshows
    • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively, while remaining calm under pressure
    • Understanding of computers and basic skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • Understanding of high-volume copiers, scanners, printers and oversize mounting equipment
    • Ensure the tracking of client orders, identify trends, facilitate relationship building and provide management and client reporting
