    Job Description

    Knox Attorney Service is looking for a dependable and professional Office Clerk/Customer Service Representative with excellent organization, office, and people skills. Ability to multi-task, communicate professionally with legal clientele, attention to detail and works well under timelines and pressure. Responsibilities may include working with clients and assisting with legal support service requests and copying. Some office work and data entry will be required. Hours are Monday through Friday form 8AM - 5PM. Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, FSA, PTO, paid holidays and a 401K plan.

    The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma and office related experience.

    Basic clerical skills are needed to perform the duties associated with this position and skills may require updating to maintain competency as the position evolves. Specific skills required for this position include:

    • Proven experience in a customer service support role.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
    • General computer Office Suite knowledge.

    Responsibilities include working with others under direct supervision while complying with standard operating procedures; operating under strict legal and procedural guidelines; and assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Responsibilities ultimately require producing an accurate product; complying with relevant legal and HIPAA procedures; and providing outstanding customer service.
