Job Description
Knox Attorney Service is looking for an HR, Benefits, and Payroll Associate.
- Assist supervisors and managers with employee recruiting, onboarding, hiring, and training.
- Assist supervisors and managers with learning, development, promotions, and career growth.
- Assist supervisors and managers with employee issues, such as counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations of employment.
- Assist with maintaining HR files and folders, update accordingly.
- Payroll administration and benefits.
- Open and distribute HR mail.
- Back up to receptionist as needed.
- Work with vendors and temp help services as needed.
- Order office supplies for offices throughout the state.
- Authorize payment of supplier invoices.
- Other duties as requested by management.
