    Job Description

    Knox Attorney Service is looking for an HR, Benefits, and Payroll Associate. 

    • Assist supervisors and managers with employee recruiting, onboarding, hiring, and training.
    • Assist supervisors and managers with learning, development, promotions, and career growth.
    • Assist supervisors and managers with employee issues, such as counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations of employment.
    • Assist with maintaining HR files and folders, update accordingly.
    • Payroll administration and benefits.
    • Open and distribute HR mail.
    • Back up to receptionist as needed.
    • Work with vendors and temp help services as needed.
    • Order office supplies for offices throughout the state.
    • Authorize payment of supplier invoices.
    • Other duties as requested by management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ experience in the Human Resources field/office environment - or related HR education.
    • Hands-on experience with recruitment, payroll, and benefits.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under time constraints and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Strong MS Office skills, specifically as it relates to creating excel spreadsheets.
