JOB DESCRIPTION
Knox Attorney Service is looking for a dependable and professional Office Clerk/Customer Service Representative with excellent organization, communication, computer, and people skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task, communicate professionally and have high attention to detail while working well under pressure. Responsibilities include: Taking phone calls from Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Process Servers, responding professionally to a high volume of emails. Printing and preparing service packets and court filings, data entry of new orders. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, PTO, paid holidays and 401K.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have some office related experience.
Basic clerical skills are needed to perform the duties associated with this position and skills may require updating to maintain competency as the position evolves. Specific skills required for this position include:
Responsibilities include working with others under direct supervision while complying with standard operating procedures; operating under strict legal and procedural guidelines; and assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Responsibilities ultimately require producing an accurate product; complying with relevant legal and HIPAA procedures; and providing outstanding customer service.
