Compliance Coordinator Kobrand Wine & Spirits - Purchase, NY OVERVIEW Currently, we are searching for detail-oriented, organized and hands-on Compliance Coordinator. RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Maintain/update sales pricing for Distributors, Control State Agencies, and Duty Free/Cruise Lines into Microsoft NAV ERP system. Maintain/update item attributes: UPC/SCC/State Codes into Microsoft NAV ERP system. Prepare and maintain NABCA codes from corresponding agency. Create state price quotations to various governmental agencies. Prepare and send monthly price postings to states and distributors. Provide price support/code verifications to customer service department for purchase orders. Assist with cola application and state brand registrations via ShipCompliant. Prepare various reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as required. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree required Minimum two years of experience in price postings and state registrations Attention to detail and accuracy is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong computer skills are a MUST (Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of Microsoft NAV ERP and Shipcompliant system a plus Kobrand Corporation offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
