We are hiring motivated Sales Professionals to grow our new insurance Agency located inside a dealership! We are looking for someone who is self motivated and enjoys challenges. This is an exclusive opportunity located inside one of the largest Toyota Dealerships in the region. An Insurance license preferred but not a requirement. This is an Insurance Sales Position that sells Property and Casualty Products with the enormous benefit of selling inside a state-of-the-art auto dealership.

KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Driven professional
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Solicits and writes new P&C policies from both inside and outside the dealership
- Follows consistent sales process for all prospects for:
- Quoting potential Insurance Customers
- Sales tracking
- Application completion for underwriting purposes
- Follow-up (All outlined in Agency Procedure manual)
- Maintains compliance guidelines and procedures in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Insurance
- Maintains knowledge of new products
- Develops agency relationship with existing customers
- Meets the production requirements and goals
- Manages prospecting campaign
- Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and action
