The Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science of the Tobin College of Business of St. John’s University invites applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level starting in Fall 2023.
The Greenberg School offers the following degrees: B.S. in Actuarial Science, B.S. in Risk Management and Insurance (RMI), M.S. in Actuarial Science, M.S. in Enterprise Risk Management, M.S. in Risk Management and Risk Analytics, MBA concentration in RMI, and MBA concentration in ERM.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses, service to the university, and advancing discipline-based research through scholarship. Excellence in teaching and research, as well as a strong commitment to university service, are essential at the Tobin College of Business for tenure and promotion. Candidates should be familiar with technology-supported learning pedagogy and be able to integrate technology into teaching in face-to-face, online and hybrid modes.
Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Risk Management and Insurance or a related field is required for a tenure track position. All specialization areas in Risk Management and Insurance will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who can support the growth of undergraduate and graduate programs.

_In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual salary range for this position is $165,000 - $175,000.
