Del Monte Fresh Produce Company is currently looking for energetic, passionate Restaurant Manager to join our new fresh and healthy FRSH St Café located in Coral Gables.  The ideal candidate will oversee the people, processes and operations of the restaurant while assuring the delivery of excellent customer service and food quality in a fast paced environment.  FRSH St Café is all about the healthiest and freshest high quality Del Monte Fresh Produce ingredients and quality customer service.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant.
• Ensures that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
• Achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness.
• Responsible for Hiring, training and disciplining staff shown through a lower turnover ratio and/or improved performance result of the restaurants.
• Performing administrative duties like ordering, scheduling, inventory.
• Ensuring financial performance and profitability of the restaurant.
• Conduct marketing activities in line with marketing strategy to achieve company objectives.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must have 3 years of proven restaurant management experience.
• Proven experience as a kitchen manager or a chef, preferably from a healthy concept is a plus.
• Expertise on cost and inventory management, with proven good supplier relations.
• Ability to manage a busy operation in an open kitchen and back kitchen at the same time.
• Excellent influence, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and creative.
