  • Responsibilities

    As part of the global programs team, the Marketing Programs Manager - ABM, is responsible for developing and executing global demand generation programs that generate pipeline and drive revenue generated from Account Based Marketing Programs.

     

    Working closely with regional field marketing, pipeline development, events, digital, content, corporate communications, product marketing, demand center and sales teams, you will build global integrated ABM programs that will generate leads and advance opportunities in the pipeline.

     

    • Develop 1:1, 1: few, channel-based and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
    • Establish ABM-specific goals and key performance metrics; monitor, evaluate and continuously optimize program performance
    • Collaborate with regional program managers and field marketing teams to ensure successful execution and reporting of marketing plans in each region, especially the key markets
    • Work with extended team to develop and implement target account and program tiering strategy to support both ABM and Global Campaigns
    • Work with cross functional teams to develop global integrated, multi-touch, multi-channel marketing plans for our targeted strategic accounts to help generate campaign responders and engage them down the marketing funnel
    • Provide creative brief and project plans to internal stakeholders to ensure timely and development of deliverables and launch of tactics - such as digital targeting, high impact personalized content, email nurturing,  BDR cadences, and more
    • Communicate marketing programs to the sales team and enable them with tools needed to succeed
    • Work closely with global events team to identify key global events to amplify the Kofax brand and capabilities, and generate leads and opportunities
    • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies
    • Deploy and share best practices in demand generation and ABM with the global marketing team, and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance
    • Report on activities, pipeline performance and recap best practices for internal stakeholders

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business or marketing-related field
    • 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation in a software high-tech company (or similar)
    • Knowledge of ABM concepts and different tiers of 1:1, 1:Few, 1:many
    • Proficient in Salesforce and ABM technology, preferred experience with SalesLoft, Conversica, Terminus, ON24/ 6Sense, marketing attribution tools and Eloqua automation system
    • Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done
    • Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
    • Ability to drive multiple programs forward in a fast-paced setting
    • Ability to use SFDC reporting and excel to deliver concise results
    • Creative problem-solver and analytic thinker
    • Excellent budget management and project tracking
