Job Purpose
The Culture & Engagement Specialist will provide direction in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that advance a Culture Action Plan to forward the global culture transformation at Kofax. This position will be the main resource focused on developing change management strategies focused on infusing Culture Essentials into all programs and activities, tracking progress towards this goal, and communicating progress to all stakeholders. As a key member of the HR team, you also champion the company’s mission, values, and broader HR vision, while partnering with our global business leaders helping them build and sustain their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement goals, policies, training, tools, change strategies, and accountability structures associated with change management
- Implementation of employee surveys to establish current engagement levels and future projections
- Manage reporting and metrics for progress in change management, culture transformation, and organizational change
- Act as a subject-matter expert to identify and integrate culture transformation learning and development into business priorities, principles, and operations
- Recommend programs and technologies that make it easier to work, give recognition, and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Engages in regular, consistent communication with business partners, stakeholders, and team members to drive successful culture transformation and change management
- Create learning opportunities and forums regarding cultural proficiencies to build an environment where everyone is given an opportunity to be successful
- Partners with fellow HR department teammates to build the organization’s culture, engagement, retention, capability, and capacity
- Coordinate both global and local events & activities relative to each region
- Assist in developing a budget for culture-supporting activities & events
- Manage & improve engagement on the company’s LinkedIn Life, Glassdoor, and Comparably websites

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience, leading and implementing organizational change management and culture transformation.
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing communication strategies to reach diverse global audiences
- Experience designing and implementing a learning agenda in a complex organization
- Strong presentation/facilitation skills
- Knowledge and experience facilitating and leading difficult conversations with business leadership
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion

The base salary range for this role, across the US is $71,306 - $85,568. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
