Full-Time Associate Pay: $43,800 - $81,000 per year

The successful candidate should be able to perform ALL of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the actual job performance requirements.
Must be comfortable using evidence-based modalities and running individual sessions.
Provides treatment to clients by developing, implementing and modifying individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and level of functioning.
Documents treatment and evaluation activities in the healthcare record for each session within 24 hours.
The ability to document using clinical language, and industry best practices, as well as meet AZBBHE and insurance standards.
The ability to diagnose and clinically document supporting collaterals.
Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information at all times.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of psychological counseling techniques; while staying up to date on latest techniques.
Provides appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address clients' needs.
Ability to meet via video conferencing once a week for the first 90 days for staffings (30-60 minutes). As needed thereafter.
Ability to constructively discuss performance and apply practical feedback promptly.
Requirements:
LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT in the state of Arizona is required
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer/software skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable high-speed internet connection, smartphone, and computer
Professional space where Telehealth sessions can be completed.
Excellent professional communication skills.
Ability to reply to clients within 24 hours and communicate with leadership the same day via email, secure message, text, and/or phone.
