    Dishwasher

    The Dishwasher is responsible for providing the restaurant with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware and equipment.

    Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

    Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed

    Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes down machine in the PM according to company procedures

    Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine

    Washes plateware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures

    Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift

    Requirements:

    Prior experience working in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred

    General knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking practices

    Basic knife handling skills

    Demonstrated customer service experience

    Experience working in a fast paced working environment

    Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 lbs throughout entire shift and place these items on high and low shelves in storerooms, walk-ins, and freezers numerous times throughout the shift

    Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours

    Es preferida la experiencia previa de trabajo en un volumen alto o rápido ambiente del restaurante de comida casual; El conocimiento general de equipos de cocina y prácticas de cocina; habilidades básicas de gestión del cuchillo; Demostrar experiencia de servicio al cliente; Experiencia de trabajo en un entorno de trabajo de ritmo rápido .; Capacidad para levantar y transportar suministros y equipos de hasta 60 libras a lo largo de turno entero y colocar estos artículos en las estanterías altas y bajas en los almacenes, refrigeradores, y congelador en numerosas ocasiones a lo largo del turno; Capacidad para soportar la movilidad y ejercer bien establecido el paso por períodos de hasta 8 horas.
