Junior Construction Project Manager

St. Paul, MN | Direct Hire | $60k-$70k

Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is looking to add a Junior Project Manager to their team.

Junior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Handle overall project finances including managing the budget, tracking expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk for the project.
• Oversee all areas of construction projects including project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed, and communicate to upper management
• Monitor the progress of construction activities on a regular basis to ensure the plan is following the established timeline.
• Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers.

Junior Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of construction project management with an emphasis on retail projects
• Strong team orientation with high initiative, excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to travel 15% of the time
