Project Architect

Hybrid - Saint Paul, MN | Direct | $80k - $105k

Konik is partnered with a local architectural firm seeking a Project Architect for commercial project work. The Project Architect will interpret project designs and carry the project through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration phases under the direction of a Project Manager. Projects vary in the industrial, workplace, education, and community sectors.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Client interaction
• Provide oversight and work on all phases of a project for renovation and new construction projects.
• Complete document sets and work on finished plans, specifications, and material approval
• Maintain project scope, schedule, cost, and design intent through all phases.
• Perform quality reviews
• Review building codes
• Regular contact with consultants, contractors, and staff during all project phases
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and documents
• Participate in construction administration duties, including site visits and document reviews.

Project Architect Qualifications:

• A professional Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, licensed or on track to be licensed in Minnesota
• 7+ years working in architecture and has been involved in similar project types
• Experience working in and coordinating all phases of a project
• Mastery in Revit
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills
