Minneapolis, MN | Contract to Hire | $22 - $24/hour

This position in our System Manufacturing Department involves electrical assembly work for large electronic test equipment serving the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities include wiring various electrical components and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical control panels.
• Interpret wire lists, diagrams, and BOMs to wire electrical components.
• Handle wire routing, cutting, stripping, and termination within a wide range of wire sizes.
• Use hand tools like wire crimpers, strippers, cutters, and screwdrivers.
• Follow instructions, maintain safety, and uphold quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in following written and verbal instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and good eyesight.
• Adequate hand and upper body strength.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and work from low stools or ground-level for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in building electrical control panels.
• Familiarity with wiring practices, techniques, and tools.
