Site Supervisor- Construction

Coon Rapids, MN | Direct Hire | $80k- $90k

Konik is partnered with a growing residential construction company who is looking to add a Site Supervisor to their team.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Manage crews on site while working directly with internal team
• Ensure work is being completed to company standard, while keeping project manager informed
• Manage issues, solve problems, and act swiftly while managing multiple job sites
• Assist crews on construction tasks when needed
• Be on job sites 90% of the time

Site Supervisor Requirements:

• Residential construction experience, preferably with drywall
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and leadership skills
• Experience with Buildertrend is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to hold other accountable
