Architectural Project Manager
Direct Hire | Minneapolis, MN | $110k - $125k

Our client, a mid-sized architecture, interior design, and planning firm in Minneapolis, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will manage client relationships, oversee the project team, and have responsibility for the design, schedule, budget, and management of educational, multi-family housing, and private development projects.

What you will do:

• Prepare work plans, assign staff, disseminate project and contract information
• Provide leadership to the project team overseeing the delivery of project
• Manage client relationships
• Perform quality control reviews and mentor staff
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Be responsible for RFI's, submittals, and change orders
• Resolve construction issues
• Review and modify production drawings and construction documents
• Reviews building codes to ensure that designs comply with minimum legal standards

What you bring:

• Professional degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect in Minnesota
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in an Architectural firm
• Ability to communicate within a team environment and lead projects
• Knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office Suite a must
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of building codes, design and construction
• Previous experience managing similar project types
