Mechanical Designer – HVAC

As a Mechanical HVAC Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and layout of HVAC for various building projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including multi-family, commercial, retail, education, government, and hospitality developments. If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for engineering design, we want to hear from you.

What you would be doing:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop HVAC system designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to gather project information.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.
• Assist in the coordination of project deliverables and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in architectural and engineering (A/E) design.
• A 2 or 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design principles.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
