Lead Plumbing Designer or Lead Plumbing Engineer

$100,000 - $135,000 (D.O.E.) + Bonuses

 Konik partnered with a 100% employee-owned engineering consulting company that is ready to hire a plumbing engineering team lead for their Wisconsin or Minnesota office that specializes in schools, municipal, commercial, and skilled nursing home projects. In this role, the designer or engineer would lead a small team and manage the plumbing phase of the projects.

Lead Plumbing Designer or Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing and fire protection systems for clients – provide calcs and layouts, size, spec and select equipment, coordinate teams
• Review codes
• Review and process shop drawings
• Provide take-offs and estimates
• Manage team projects and communicate with clients
• Help professionally develop team members

Lead Plumbing Designer or Engineer Requirements:

• Designer of Engineering Systems license (WI) OR Professional Engineer license (WI or MN)
• 6 - 20+ years of relevant industry experience including HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection design or engineering of relevant projects
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
