Architect

Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $65,000 - $90,000

Our client, a small well established firm in Minneapolis, is seeking an Architect to work on projects from schematic design through construction administration with guidance from the firm leadership.  This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a small firm environment where they get to be involved in every aspect of a project.

Responsibilities of the Architect:

• Develop design documents that meet the client's needs
• Work in SD, DD, CD, and CA phases of a project
• Coordination with interior designers, engineering disciplines, and general contractors
• Project Administration support

Qualifications of the Project Architect:

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree; licensed or on track to getting licensed
• 3+ years minimum professional Architectural experience
• Experience with commercial or healthcare projects
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD
