Structural Engineer II

Konik is partnering with a manufacturing company of large custom booths and finishing systems. They seek a Structural Engineer II who will be responsible for the structural design of high-quality complex products of all sizes and complexities and mentor the more junior staff. Structural Engineer II Responsibilities:

• Provide drafting, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, installation, and customer service support
• Lead or participate in technical reviews during all phases of the project
• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks and adhere to engineering and design standards
• Perform research and development tasks

Structural Engineer II Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering AND 3-8 years of experience
• OR Masters Degree AND 0-6 years of experience
• OR Associates Degree AND 10+ years of experience.
• PE is preferred but not required
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience working with similar building projects
• Working knowledge of current structural analysis software (RISA-3D, RAM Structural)
• Understanding of commercial building materials, systems, and assemblies
