    Manufacturing Engineer II

    Coon Rapids, MN | Direct-hire | $90k - $110k | On-site 100%

    As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will play a pivotal role as both a Project Engineer and a Manufacturing Engineer in the Additive Manufacturing Team. Your responsibilities will include project management, coordinating customer interactions, facilitating process improvements, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. Additionally, you will provide guidance to the manufacturing team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to defined practices.

    Manufacturing Engineer II Responsibilities:

    • Initiate and manage project management processes, including milestones and trackers.
    • Communicate project updates and facilitate meetings with customers and internal teams.
    • Conduct debriefing and project close-out meetings, analyzing process performance and cost estimation.
    • Develop manufacturing models, prints, routings, and work instructions for components and assemblies.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes, resolving issues and implementing improvements.
    • Participate in customer visits, resolve non-conformances, and coordinate root cause analysis.
    • Train employees on developed processes and support quality management initiatives.
    • Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

    Manufacturing Engineer II Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant Engineering field.
    • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, Unigraphics, etc.).
    • Ability to conduct effective meetings and interpret technical documents.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
