HVAC Project Manager

Blaine, MN | Direct Hire | $80k - $115k

We are actively seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee and execute projects aligned with our business objectives. We prioritize excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction in every project we undertake.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Prepare comprehensive project plans, including a schedule of values, subcontract scopes, equipment procurement, and construction schedules.
• Collaborate closely with business unit personnel to define project requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Facilitate project communication by preparing and delivering progress reports, proposals, and necessary documentation.
• Attend and actively participate in project meetings, demonstrating a commitment to project success.
• Supervise field staff, maintain labor logs for productivity tracking, and delegate tasks appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing HVAC projects within commercial and industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project goals and deadlines.
