Manufacturing Engineer I Responsibilities:

This employer is expanding and building a new facility. The Manufacturing Engineer I will learn the company’s manufacturing processes and contribute to the expansion projects which can include:

• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM and make recommendations to improve designs
• Utilizing DMAIC tools to meet quality objectives
• Working with senior engineers to provide equipment specifications to vendors
• Solving problems and suggesting improvements for the fabrication line

Manufacturing Engineer I Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial
• 3-5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer in a fabrication environment
• Experience with SPC, CPk and Lean Manufacturing
