JOB DESCRIPTION
The Area Coach is needed to oversee the operations of all restaurants within his/her area.
REQUIREMENTS
· 2-4 years of multi-restaurant supervisory experience, including Profit & Loss responsibility
· Ability to build and coach a successful team
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
· Great knowledge of the restaurant business and financial controls
· Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
· A great motivator who acts with character and integrity, setting high standards for himself/herself and his/her people
· A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
· Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support and work well with others, especially the team under their direct supervision. Communicates with team members, managers
· Drive sales and achieve financial goals for the area without compromising food or beverage quality and service
· Manage and develop the skills of restaurant management team to ensure:
o Great customer service
o Execution of Company policies and procedures
o Proper management of Profit & Loss responsibilities to achieve financial results
o Proper execution of marketing activities to grow sales
o Proper execution of food inventory and control procedures
o Development of highly motivated and productive teams within the area
· Hire, train, supervise and retain management
· Maximize area and individual restaurant profitability
