    CPG Inside Sales

    Konsyl is seeking a highly self-motivated and innovative individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative.  The Inside Sales Representative will execute short- and long-term plans, goals, and objectives focusing primarily on 3rd party ecommerce sales to ensure optimum performance of our Dietary Supplement products. This is a 1099 and remote position.

    Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this position will play a critical role in Konsyl achieving its revenue goals for our consumer products divisions.  Konsyl is aggressively expanding our consumer product lines and sales footprint into a variety of sales distribution channels, with increasing targets over the next five years.  The Inside Sales position will be integral to this success.

    The applicant must have experience in consumer products and ecommerce sales, cold calling, pipeline development, solid organizational and communication abilities.  The Inside Sales Representative will participate in management meetings with senior executives, as well as work closely with our sales team. 

    Considering Konsyl’s aggressive growth, you must be able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and take clear ownership over assigned projects. Success will be measured on your ability to contribute and generate new ideas, manage multiple priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, achieve objectives, and be a key player in the growth of our company.

    Konsyl operates virtually.  This position will work remotely and is based within the United States.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Implement strategies consistent with company vision

    ·         Evaluate 3rd party websites to develop sales pipeline

    ·         Cold call as needed into new prospect accounts to identify and pitch to appropriate buyer

    ·         Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition

    ·         Keep current of industry trends to develop pricing and strategy

    ·         Tracks and monitors monthly performance of product and recommends strategies to maximize opportunities

    ·         Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and products

    ·         Identify areas for growth, create and implement strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating  features

    ·         Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

    ·         Works closely with marketing department to implement innovative marketing programs supporting gained distribution

    ·         Performs other duties as assigned

    BACKGROUND & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Minimum of three 3 years related experience.

    ·         BA/BS in business or related concentration preferred.

    ·         Meticulous attention to detail.

    ·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    ·         Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, with multiple high priority projects.

    ·         Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

    ·         Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

    ·         Be well versed in adapting different ways under pressure in order to meet deadlines, flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment.
