We will train someone who has the traits that we want. HUGE performance rewards to get you to 6 digits each year. Must be highly motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a closer. We are currently looking for good people with door to door sales experience to come and join our hard working and growing Real Estate Investment Company. No previous real estate experience required. What we do require is an enthusiastic, resourceful, and committed person with a motivation to succeed at a high level. This position will involve speaking on the phone. We will provide all of the marketing and all of the pre-vetted leads that you can handle. Responsibilities: • Taking live calls from homeowners and assisting them by making offers on homes. • Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database. • Understand seller motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed. • Must be able to overcome objectives and negotiate well. • Must be able to manage leads and ongoing follow-ups with prospects. • Must be motivated to bring in outside business. (Extra Bonuses here!!!) • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff. • Must be able and proficient with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM/).
