    Great advancement opportunity for someone who has health care experience! As a Lead Caregiver with Kore Cares, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, be a mentor, trainer and role model to other caregivers, as well as participate in on call rotation.

    Ideal Candidate:

    · Can work a minimum of 1-2 weekends on call a month

    · Can work a minimum of 1-2 weekday evenings a week on call

    · Must be reliable, professional and have a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients as well as the Kore Care team

    · Leads caregiving team by: training and mentoring caregivers, being a brand ambassador for the company, and assists with office administrative tasks

    · Willing to work as a caregiver and is skilled to work with a variety of levels of care (hoyer lifts, stand aides, gait belt transfers, personal cares as well as housekeeping and companionship)

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    · Participate in on call schedule which will include weekday evenings, rotating weekends and holidays

    · Be available to fill in as a caregiver as needed while on call

    · Administrative duties may include training and mentoring caregiver and recruitment activities

    · Assist clients with activities of daily living that allow individuals the opportunity to stay in their home as long as possible, such as bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene

    · Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment

    · Remind clients to take medications

    · Assist with light housekeeping

    · Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding and assist with kitchen clean up

    · Provide socialization and companionship

    · All other duties outlined in client care plan

    Qualifications:

    · 2 years’ experience in healthcare as a certified nurse’s assistant, home care caregiver, personal care aide preferred

    · Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position

    · Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English

    · Must have reliable transportation, current valid driver’s license and valid car insurance
