    We are seeking an experienced Korean-English bilingual recruiter to help support a high volume of professional hiring needs across Texas and California while establishing a strong local recruiting presence in the Dallas/Plano market.

    Position Overview

    The Korean Bilingual Recruiter will serve as a key member of Judit's recruiting team, supporting our clients' hiring initiatives across multiple business units.

    This role will focus on sourcing, screening, qualifying, and managing candidates for positions including:

    • Operations
    • Supply Chain
    • Logistics
    • Procurement
    • Business Analysts

    Many positions require Korean language proficiency, and the successful recruiter will play a critical role in identifying candidates who can thrive in both U.S. and Korean business environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Full Lifecycle Recruiting

    • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance
    • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for professional and technical positions
    • Conduct candidate screening interviews in English and Korean
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
    • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications

    Candidate Sourcing

    • Build pipelines of Korean-English bilingual professionals
    • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking groups, and industry associations
    • Develop relationships within the Korean-American business community
    • Attend networking events, job fairs, and community functions throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
    • Build passive candidate pipelines for future hiring needs

      Community Development

      • Become an ambassador for Judit within the Dallas/Plano Korean business community
      • Develop relationships with local universities, Korean professional organizations, and community groups
      • Support recruiting initiatives across Texas and California

      Required Qualifications

      • Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal)
      • 2-5+ years of recruiting experience
      • Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or technical positions
      • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major sourcing platforms
      • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
      • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
      • Strong organizational and time management skills

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience recruiting Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Marketing, HR, or IT professionals
      • Existing network within the Korean-American professional community
      • Experience supporting contingent staffing or staff augmentation programs
      • Knowledge of Korean corporate culture and business practices
      • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
