    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Post and manage job openings, screen candidates, facilitate phone/video interviews, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Respond to employees' HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate meetings with executives to discuss HR initiatives, policies, and compliance updates.
    • Manage Group Health Insurance, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment Benefits programs.
    • Research, monitor, and update federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Maintain and update employee manuals, HR documentation, and personnel records.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, assess performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement; prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting , providing data-driven insights and recommendations for future performance.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, performance evaluation, and outcome projections.
    • Provide strategic support by delivering analytical insights that inform key business and investment decisions.
    • Assess financial risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to collect and verify financial data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
    • Perform other HR and finance-related tasks as assigned.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bilingual in Korean and English (Native proficiency in Korean required)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Motivated self-starter and strong team player
    • Highly Preferred: * ****Experience with QuickBooks and tax management * Financial background or relevant work experience in finance or accounting
