    Job Description

    The main function of the Marketing Director position is to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of all the organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.

    • Design, execute and evaluate long-term and short-term integrated marketing and sales campaigns for Legacy Communities’ various revenue streams.

    • Source and manage relationships with and evaluate effectiveness of multiple platforms used to list vacant properties and homes.

    • Manage social media platforms and update information as needed

    • Develop branding guides and park maps while keeping information current

    • Creating email blasts for available listings and distributing them through the appropriate channels

    • Develop strategies on Legacy Communities media and public relations, advertising, social networking, external communications as well as market and customer research

    • Implement new practices in marketing communications to grow revenues.

    • Develop and manage the marketing and development budget

    • Ensure company standards and procedures are followed

    • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to staff and customers

    • Any other duties assigned.

    Skills and Abilities

    

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

    

    Experience: 3+years of marketing and leadership required.

    Computer Skills: Efficiently operates assigned computer software and other equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.

    Other Requirements: Must pass background and drug screening. Must have a valid driver's license, proof of valid vehicle insurance and must have annual Motor Vehicle Record Check, as a condition of employment if employee operates any Company owned vehicles or drives their own personal vehicle for Company business purposes.
