Duties: Leading crews in construction production though hands on and management of work Overseeing quality of work Communicating goals ,expectations and standards to crew Upholding safety policy on sites Execution of construction as shown on approved plans per sec Communicating with Superintendent and project manager daily Communicating and coordinating with other contractors on the jobsite Adherent to current Building codes and standards Maintaining of site cleanliness Equipment security Ingress and Egress of site visitors(Management of Proprietary information) Upholding company culture as well as encourage growth in fellow company Communication with customers and vendors as opportunities arise Managing the crew as well as yourself on punctual schedule
